I'd probably trust 4DS on this since they are the ones actually making the product, and if they're lying about it, that will be apparent down the track and would get them in big trouble. Weebit, on the other hand, are making an educated inference on the hurdles 4DS could face.

Personally I'm making a bet both ways. I think 4DS is going up right now because they've been doing a run of publicity. Weebit seem to be more heads down and kicking technical goals. For the SP right now, that looks better for 4DS but for the long run I'm really impressed with what Weebit have been achieving without burning through huge amounts of cash. I'm happy for them to focus on the technicals for now and push the publicity more later.
