Ann: WBT to establish a new wholly-owned French subsidiary, page-22

Great ann. been a holder for almost 2 years now. almost lost hope in this when it started hitting the 1.5c area and i started looking at the competition and their SP, but i dont see anyone pointing out the massive spike in price from (seemingly) out of nowhere and then this ann today, leaky ship?, i know they released info on the progress of the tech but that was i think a couple weeks before the price started to shoot up,

also i have to ask, will this latest ann precede a CR? because i dont think they have enough in the kitty to get this subsidiary up and running to full capacity and continue their own operations. kicking myself i didnt try to get my holding to an even million shares but as i said i started getting a bit edgy right before the last good ann.
