I was just looking at the Global Foundries First Quarter 2023 Financial Results and these two slides show the breakdown of revenue by End Market. You can see that the largest portion comes from Smart Mobile Devises. This made me curious to discover which mobile phone devises incorporate 22nm FD-SOI components and then I stumbled across this article (below) published on the 27th June 2023 (a few days ago) on the CEA website with the following extract which I highlighted in blue.
