    3.2c offer is slap on face of CNW shareholders and management...as they offering something anyway available on market...also they want shareholders to pay for their brokerage

    what is disappointing is that CNW management has not issued statement asking shareholders to reject the offer....!

    3.2c offer is 6.6% premium to today's closing....i rather stay with current management then sell anything less than 50c.

    management should issue strong opposition letter to shareholders against this type of cheap buyer... IMO.
