    Are current WCG holders roughly going to get half of the current 5GN for free?

    I see after the merger 5GN holders have roughly the same amount of WCG (about 50%), but have effectively lost 50% of whatever 5GN currently is (which includes the loan).

    Sure WCG should go up post merger but is it going to be fair value for 5GN holders? (Correct me if I am wrong)
