Market has not factored 5GNs 46% investment in WCG. The combined mc of both companies is currently about $195m. Post merger there SOI will be 314m which amounts to 62c per WCG share. So for 5GN holders, the sp should be at least $1.24 based on 2 for 1 issue.
Appears to be some mis pricing atm.
The merger is win win for both companies.
