I'm new to both 5GN and WCG. I see the new entity as very synergistic (yes - I know many mergers are not), very cheap, and with excellent cashflows and growth prospects - and likely to rerate significantly as it comes onto the radar of institutions at a larger mcap.

I bought 5GN as it's risen far less than WCG - surprised at the discrepancy - logically shouldn't WCG holders be selling and buying 5GN?
