then australians own all the shares for 2.6c

so why would canadians do this? they lose 1.43c and own no shares? no cause they use 100 % deduction for the renounced exploration cost (why they issue these shares at a premium) plus the critical minerals tax credit (i think this is the case for copper) for an extra 30%. note this is only for high income individuals.

so essentially, for investor purposes, this is simply a raise at 2.6c with extra steps. the company does this for two reasons, more money on the raise essentially, and a news boost with "premium"
