    Yes remote, but access is possible - Nunavut project through the town of Goldmine which has deep water access to the North West Passage. But if there really is a land grab rush as reported an access road to the south would eventuate if there are multiple successes.

    Really important is that the copper would not still be there if it was in a populous area.
