The sudden drop in SP probably fueled by fear from unsubstantiated rumours might well be a rare window of opportunity to accumulate under-priced and solid stock like this one, which I have gladly taken up recently (and have done so over the last few years). At this price point, even if the fully-franked dividend/ year ends up being 8c (being conservative in my estimate here), it would be just under 8% of the SP. Imagine if the divvy ends up being 12c (with special dividend of say 4c)....
