    And that something holding back the Chile project (Escalones) is permitting ... a Presidential decree placing the area in a conservation sanctuary ... company writes down value to nominal amount (what I think will happen to RKLP) until Gov't decides what will and wont be allowed.

    Markets hate uncertainty ... explains the drop from $0.35 in May to $0.05 in Sep.
