I think it is pretty clear what changed.

When Stan makes statements such as;
"The team is refreshed and the delay provided time for a detailed review of the geophysical results collected in February and
March. The results have been strongly supportive of our previous targeting, and importantly, they have
significantly enhanced the targets and provided a clearer picture of where we should target the drill"

Then the first drill hole turns out to be a duster.
It certainly makes you question the area that they are drilling and do they know what they are doing?

I am not saying they won't find some Niobium or REE the current round of drilling.
