I have to disagree - profit numbers are historic - cashflow numbers and production , drilling for reserve growth is what I will be focusing on . Profit is a lagging indicator that is also sometimes very deceptive for an O and G company - it is also masked/ distorted by past losses / write offs etc
Roc needs to show it has enough cashflow to meet this high activity period, that it's Beilbu project is on time and budget which we know it is through HZN preso and that the MalasyIan work is progressing well . The only downside is the remedial work for the UK field which may cost a few million for ROc to get production going again . Worth also looking at production forecasts and OPEX and capex estimates
