Jcoure, just my belief but I've had dealings with AGL on the exploration side of the business and one thing that was mentioned by the team was that they are here to provide gas for NSW which struck me as a huge tick as the domestic market is being overlooked with all the shortages coming up as a response to the lng trains for export. There will be a big shortfall for the second trains in in Gladstone for 2017 from a couple of the majors so that tells me low domestic prices are a thing of the past. Infrastructure in place and anyone who has spare capacity will be making money hand over fist if not for export then in the local market. Cheap gas for Australia is a thing of the past. Historic prices will at least double.
Agl is in a prime position to capitalise. Keeping these tucked away and will continue to add to current position on any dips.
