Managed to watch this today. Pretty happy overall. Seems like a fair bit going on in R/D on top of the massive increase in sales and market penetration.
i found the anecdote about the doctor who moved countries getting upset about almost being turned back for a million$ order very intriguing. When medical professionals start using this stuff simply the thought of losing access to it is maddening to them.
