Interesting they were offered $85 million from Insto's versus the $30 million sought.
To be trading the volumes it is and at the offer price essentially belies that demand.
Oversubscribed, significant insider buying ($3 million) and the wider business prospects which we all know about. Yes the growth well priced in, but suspect this stock will quickly rally past its previous 12 month high once this SPP is settled. Small caps hang around the SPP price until completed.
I will do some calculations nearer the time, but one could be forgiven for suggesting that just like the EOFY fall was amplified by ASX200 removal, if this stock trading $2.20+ come its half year results, ASX200 re-inclusion starts to show on the RADAR....some of you might recall the mostly Lithium mining additions to the ASX200, that along with several other stocks have not faired very well in the near half year since PNV's removal....unlike PNV.
