I watched the presentation again this morning, and still see it as all positive, and infact a smart move.

If the nigra is so susceptible to excess iron, causing aggregation and atrophy, it would make complete sense to add this end point, to prove that ATH434 successfully removes the excess iron, thus preventing aggregation and atrophy of the nigra.

I also believe that they are already seeing these changes as some case studies have been in the study for sometime. Especially when looking at the deterioration in the study points.

But all IMO and observations.
