The biomuse natural history study continues to shine as a pillar for this phase 2 trial. I would like to acknowledge the contribution by Dr Claassen and his team. They are demonstrating their ability to solve problems and push boundaries in this type of research. I'm particularly impressed by:
1) the targeting of the nigra and eliminating ' noise'
2) AI application in measuring volume
3) Longitudinal iron pathology
4) The new primary endpoint
This team knows what it is doing. If this effort does not yield good results , I don't know what will.
