Actually in part it comes down to being innovative and less restricted by rules and regulations and established practices.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But fortunately BTM does work and because of it's safety, simplicity, ease of use and relatively low cost it speaks to the needs of the developing world and less affluent or disadvantaged countries. Something that I am sure the new CEO appreciates.
