I agree this was very significant. DW put it to him that the received view here is that Japan and South Korea are too hard to sell directly into. SR is more optimistic and sees the value in cracking these markets. And he does know these countries well. He is going to bring new ways of thinking to the company but grounded in deep experience and prior successes not just wishful thinking or bravado.
