yet dark fibre still not complete as far as ‘outside’ investors/holders are aware
this critical revenue generating infrastructure has been delayed and delayed..a bit sad that they can’t talk positively about it
if WCG performance was so great they would let the results speak for themselves to generate investor confidence and interest NOT PROVIDE SHARE BUYBACK prior to results using corporate $$$$
timing is a shocker
