It's a big rise, so some will see this as a good guaranteed exit price, and of course always some risk until the deal is actually complete. I would expect a materially higher SP, once the transaction is complete though... time will tell.
The value of this deal blows my mind, why not just lob a full take over offer and strip out what you don't want?
