I think you really need to do some more research. Joe was the CEO of 5GN before he took over webcentral (it was a reverse takeover). He has been ceo for a lot longer than two years he has managed it for more like 7 years. And dont tell me im wrong I have been invested in 5GN and subsequently WCG for a lot of that time. He eroded the value of 5GN and then got WCG and did the same. Putting up the for sale sign and then getting a great offer does not require any skill, a number of companies have been doing that lately eg Limeade sold to WebMD for three times the price on market. The value of WCG just got pushed down well below its true value (mostly Joe's fault) and then someone comes along and offers what its should really be worth and everyone thinks hes a genius. Only wish I had listened to people telling me that Joe and the business wasnt that good when I was buying it at like $1.
