Residual business is an unknown quantity - they say profitable, but some doubts.
People have options they've exercised, not enough buyers to absorb it all.
People who bagheld for a long time just happy to get out. Lots of bad blood flushing out
When the deal executes, that should be a positive catalyst assuming all goes well. Then response from BoD regarding buybacks and dividends another. Then next quarterly of new business, sometime in April. If thats profitable and generating cash, then huge catalyst.
