    so justin there was a issue with cement quality not going of and setting fast enough , but still the weight of the cement over 250m should have stopped oil getting past it , unless there is extreme pressure ,
    ap said in webinar there going to acid wash 1 b under advise from local cubans oil drillers , that is a good thing ,
