think it was stated in a MAY webinar question time etc ...on getting better flow-rate maybe using pumpjacks etc AP stated horizontal wells is what the local Cuban Oil producers have been doing getting 3x better flowrates bah bah ...yeah who knows till we see it done,,its all just speculation
