I agree with your "HR summary"...
However. Right now, having money men at the helm may actually help us. AP has also assembled a pretty decent team (Erol, Duncan et al) and I am pretty sure today all of them will be reviewing the slides that they will roll out tomorrow. This can't be just another BS session, as the company's market cap is one-third of what it was a year ago, and the cash position at the point that they need to make some careful, well-thought-out decisions.
There is a Board, and AP answers to that Board. Equally, there are JV partners, and he answers to them too. Stuff this up tomorrow, and I am pretty confident that the Board and the JV partners will be seeking change at the top.
