Simon suggested only circa 250k oz needed for a stand alone operation.
They have 180k oz without factoring in Camel Creek - which as Simon said has the most upside.
Camel's initial resource will most likely be bigger than Big Rush, how much bigger is the question?
If the initial resource at Camel Creek is (say) 150k oz (and I'd think it will be much more), there's 330k oz overall. Enough to justify a start up (all other things being equal).
I recall he mentioned last year a target of 500k oz. Does anyone know where that number was mentioned?
And capex circa $25m to $30m.
Even 25,000oz a year generates $60m revenue per year.
Let's assume opex is 50% or $1200/oz. Which seems on the high side but for the sake of the argument.
Payback in 1 year or less!
