SPECT:VQ has a non contrast CT chest scan which is what 4Dx is using anyway, plus ventilation with the technegas and this is shown over multiple slices of the lung on different axes, not the one picture.
Lot's of data points for AI analysis in the V/Q images.
Rollout has been super slow though, considering the upfront cost is negligible.
