So the theory is, it seems - in light of FED actions today, that there is (again) a global liquidity crisis. I'm wondering if this proposal is prudent anymore and whether the expert statement is still based on correct assumptions; i.e., if the proposal should be withdrawn in the interest of RFF unit holders.
