If they're at 85% now how have they at this point 'attempted to take the last 20% of the project?

They were already at 70%. They had already given the JV parter 5 million shares on TSO, which they were never obligated to do, as good faith bargaining for early move to 70%. That was on top of his $50k progress payment.

Remember here GT the JV partner has not lifted a finger or contributed one iota to this project which was literally worth NOTHING when the boys stepped in.

I first thought his lodging a dispute was a cash grab and Zeff confirmed that they saw it as a clumsy way to push for a higher valuation on his payout figure for the remaining 15% (was 20%) in the webinar after the announcement.

And right now at this point they are only actually 5% in front anyway of where they would have been come January had they completed the Feaso.
