The vendors fingers were doing the heavy lifting putting the land package together before the boys got there, and the boys were more than happy to sign the agreement and proceed. You seem to think there’s justification for the vendor being discarded because they didn’t pay for any drilling up till now?
It’s clearly stated in the August announcement that Zeff used Chilean corporate law to ratify valuations that management put forward. ie we control 70% and what we say goes!
B101 it’s going to court so let’s see what happens in front of a judge, it’s all about does an original signed agreement between two parties hold its value when the % of ownership shifts.
There are ramifications for lots of projects for Chilean vendors on any future deals they do and how they do them here, and if the vendor is successful, there’s a few ramifications for TSO holders to swallow.
