    Correct me if I am wrong: But the key questions are:

    (1) Method used (matrix acidisation, fracture acidisation, or acid squeeze). Depending on the formation damage, I would assume that matrix acidisation would be the default position here?);
    (2) What concentration of HCl is required [I am assuming that they are using HCl, based on previous comments about geology]. I am assuming that given the almost zero-recovery (oil at surface) implies HCl up around 15%; and
    (3) What pressure is applied (so as to avoid additional formation damage).

    Other considerations are:

    (a) Regulatory approval (environmental approval)
    (b) Waste disposal
    (c) Equipment (tubing) importing
    (d) Pressure control

    Would be interested to hear more from anyone who has first hand experience with this (particularly interested in timeframes, if anyone has insights into these).
