"Legally be kept in the dark"?
The last update from the company had an absolute shedload of information in it. Timelines, events, problems, possible resolutions, expectations, etc. The company is actively working on everything was outlined. The fact that there has been no update for the past few weeks simply means that no new information has come to hand which the company considers it necessary to inform the market.
Suggest that everyone takes some downtime whilst the company does its job.
