Personally don't understand why Sonangol tolerates what appears to be at least in part due to incompetence. I'm sure right now if they threw 10 cps at the majority of us we would fall over ourselves to take it up. Would be 300 mil well spent. Full ownership and operation of Block 9 and potential Beehive income.
