    Base Salary $372k USD ($563k AUD)
    STI 1: $20k per KPI (5 KPIs - $100k)
    STI 2: 10% of EBITDA above $2m (at $4m, that's $200k)
    LTI: 30% of Base Salary on Options

    Exclude the LTI, that's $563k + $100k + $200k = $863k


    If he gets the LTI, it's 30% of $563k (minus super) = $153k
    Total incl LTI = $1,016k AUD


    Note that he also gets a wage increase that "will not exceed broad Beam employees' wage increases"
