(a) full answer as a statutory accounting valuation (being unamortised R and D) plus nil from value of contribution from sales/royalties due to past losses
(b) market value answer was "there are various models on how to work that out"

Many enterprise customers want Zoleo integrated into existing management systems, meaning customers will be slow to onboard but sticky when there.
Some enterprise customers they talk to have 300-1000 unit potential
