Thanks for the reply, interesting developments. It is obscure that SHs are not being told when they would be able to have some sort of catalysts that could result in a SP rise. This is not a business to provide means of existence for the BOD, this is a company positioned to provide returns to the SHs, I do not get how hard that is to understand.

If the intent is to run a small non listed private company - sure, do that and have a trust entity established out of which the BOD can have distributions and bonuses paid. However, this is a listed company, its sole purpose is to provide shareholder returns. If that is not a priority - winddown the company.
