So it is coming up on two months since AC had his last video conference and ARV still does not have Heritage approval to begin drilling at Paterson.
AC said all the paperwork necessary had been completed and they were just waiting approval. Given ARV's history of making mistakes when filing
paperwork it would not surprise me if something is wrong with the filing. If ARV does not receive Heritage approval, for whatever reason, does anyone know what happens then? I would assume ARV would have to do a JV with someone that has good relations with the native peoples. Would hate to give away a sizeable part of the Paterson before we even know what ARV has there, but GGP seems to really have their act together. They may just drill right under ARV's tenements and remove all the gold and copper before we even get a drill in the ground.
