One of the takeaways from the presentation that relates to the trends I noted in HC threads lately is about the share price.
Dean states that he has had investors, brokers, and others ask him why the share price is dropping and if it is due to something being wrong, if they're hiding something, or if the company is heading towards dire straights. His response? No, nothing like that - that they are here and it is business as usual with ground on the work continuing and progressing well - with a lot of news flow to come. There is nothing that the company is being disingenuous about or hiding.
Hopefully that calms some nerves around here and relaxes those who are insinuating that DRE are not being forthcoming about certain things.
