Before investing I perform my own independent due diligence. Reviewing the annual report, the salaries paid to "executives' of VHM are outrageous ! This is a company still in early project phase with no operating assets and/or revenue stream ..... milking shareholders' money to pay themselves ridiculously high salaries. These salaries are not market related and question the governance applied approving these salaries especially when noting the huge salary increases from previous year ! There is no way I will be investing in this company when looking at this !
