Finally, comments around the off take are a bit weird. there a no customers outside of china that are able to receive anything but the final oxide products. All processing facilities (which of course would need intermediate product) are in china. there's no point talking to a US/Euro customer for a mixed concentrate (carbonate or not). What are they going to do with it - send it to China for processing? I smell BS on that front.
