Basically, the same presentation as last week. A lot more questions in Q&A this week. I did note last week that there was only a couple of questions.
With reference to the offtake, Graham Howard said;
"it was important to note that the company is in discussions with multiple offtake partners and those partners are in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia, and nationally (Australia). And now, it was important to note that the company is working progressively with Shenghe as part of its negotiations with that MOU that was announced and anticipate on track for June, but please note the company is in discussions with multiple other offtake partners"
There was also a question raised about the disconnect between the Shenghe MOU which was for the supply of REMC during for the first three years, and the DFS whish indicated MREC would start being produced within 12 months of first production. Graham Howard stated that Shenghe has no pre-emptive right to the MREC at this stage and that VHM are in discussions with European/Asian/American/Australia parties as well as Shenghe for the supply of MREC.
