I think there is more to this Ukraine REE story, and it is a cover for something else because the only land with any genuine REE deposits is currently under Russian control. There is no way Ukraine is going to take any more land with Russia having momentum and the political changes in Europe and the US unfolding. The support is definitely winding down. I suspect this story is a cover for something else. Perhaps it is in relation to prime agricultural land because they do actually have a lot of that.
