Yes and you'd be a silly Saudi.... fully cashed up and all.... waiting for whatever Trump's next moves are. Land grabs and uncertainty abound in the Middle East and the Saudi's are looking to grow REE's etc.
Very good news for DRE with next door.... Management not looking at a fire sale for Yin and gold income will buy us valuable time. The tide is turning for the good ship.... I can 'sniff' it in the air.
