ScottM I think something can be said about the transparency of EQR and its management. Being able to do the calculation you have done above due to all the details of each transaction being available and the full BFS makes it a lot easier to understand the companies progress and aims. I have tried to find the same info for G6M and surprisingly I could not find ANY of it.
