Great to have our friends fromTOMRA Miningon site for the commissioning of our second XRT ore sorter to tackle the task of turning our 12m tonne low-grade (0.07%) historic stockpile into two commercial product streams. Our existing sorter has been upgrading feed by a factor of 10 and headed for the gravity plant. Meanwhile the waste is stockpiled for aggregate, a real and green product for local construction and road making. At left we have our own Jason Oar working with Tomra's Omid Akbari on commissioning Tomra Number Two (need a better name there). Great work guys! Meanwhile, those conveyors are coming together well with our fitter Steve Bilic hard at work putting it all together. More pics to come.
