Great analysis Scottm.

The fact that EQR will be running plant processes/equipment that have already been tested/modified/improved with staff now fully experienced when the mining operation begins shortly means the Company hits the (production) track sprinting. This is a vastly different proposition to other companies nearing production who have yet to bed in their processes/staff/equipment.

To be in this (about to commence) mining situation with such a low (negligible) debt level, along with a 100% off-take arrangement in place is just stunning. The planning by the current management to achieve this situation has removed most (if not all) of the risks associated with the redevelopment of the mine.

Staged, methodical planning has achieved this situation. It must have been so tempting to just fast-track the process by acquiring a much larger debt level. With so little debt to be repaid, the opportunity to fund expansion/exploration from the (dramatically) increased cashflow is much more achievable. And we are already seeing announcements/webinars alluding to this.

The ducks have really lined up on this project -good management/high tungsten price/strong demand/Western Govt. priority/low debt/Fed.& State Govt. support/full (mining) production ready, will allow EQR to take its place as a top-tier tungsten producer on the world stage -a real achievement.

To the long-term Shareholders in particular -looks like your patience will be (well & truly) rewarded...
