    It should say Min 80% of spin off (which has 40-45% of the project) goes to FFX shareholders.

    MA did say the only way to get shares in spinco is to buy shares in FFX. Which begs the question - Does this mean that FFX shareholders will NOT get a priority allocation on the spinco prospectus- Is it only reserved for instos' and sophs' or broker clients?
