That's true initially and its great that the joint venture already has all of the work done in terms of the DFS and permits. They just need to build the plant and we are set for 20 years production at the DFS rate of production of concentrate.

However, I hope that the joint venture eventually at least considers increasing the concentrate plant's capacity and does more drilling on the tenement to increase the resource to feed a larger capacity plant - still 20 years plus, but at a higher rate of concentrate production. IMO
